Already Testing Your INR at Home?

To submit your INR test result to Alere, you can either call 1.855.209.8400 or you can submit your result online with the Alere CoagClinic® INR portal.

Important Testing Reminders

  • After each test, make a note of your test result in your log book. Call Alere for a new log book.
  • Use only one method to report your results. Do NOT report your results by both phone and internet.
  • It is recommended that you test on a weekday and before noon to allow enough time for your doctor to evaluate your result.
