It's a time for eating great food and it's easy to eat healthy. There are a lot of great recipes for those taking warfarin. Roasting a turkey breast is easy to do and easy to clean up afterwards. You'll also have leftovers for holiday favorites like turkey salad and sandwiches. This menu includes all the fixings -- Roast Turkey, Mashed Yams, Holiday Gravy and a selection of warfarin safe veggies as side dishes to choose from. All of these are the home cooked, traditional winter dishes that are so comforting. Even though pumpkin does have some Vitamin K there's not much in the Pumpkin Tart recipe and by making individual portions it's easier to not overeat! Eat well, eat healthy, enjoy life!
