Taxes driving you nuts? Try April's challenge.
Welcome back to

Vitamin K is measured in micrograms. The recommended daily allowance (RDA) for vitamin K intake is between 70-90 micrograms (mcg’s) for adults. Vitamin K in your diet will lower your INR reading over time. Consistency in diet is important so your Warfarin dosing can be stabilized. PTINR.com will offer this service each month so you can test your knowledge and learn which foods need to be consumed with respect - for vitamin K and your good health.
April is tax month and enough to drive anyone nuts. We have taken that opportunity to challenge you with 3 choices of nuts.
Place the following foods in order from high vitamin K to low.
