The patient voice could be the single most important factor in safe and effective use of Coumadin® (warfarin). We want to hear from you.
What is it?
For a limited time we are offering a simple way for you to share with us how you feel about being on Coumadin®. Your name will not be shared but your opinions will help us better develop tools to manage warfarin (Coumadin ®) and assist in improving the coverage for monitors and testing supplies from health plans.
How do I do it?
